and psychodynamic therapy.

2. One Breath Trauma Informed Yoga

Hitoiki in Japanese means "one breath" or to take a little rest. One breath trauma informed yoga combines aspects of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga              and

Kripalu Yoga           ,  and focuses on internal sense of  safety, slowing down, grounding, and choice-making. Trauma informed yoga creates a space for a person to cultivate a sense of safety within.
