1. Individual Psychotherapy

I consider therapy as a collaborative process. Based on your goals and intentions, I integrate explorative approaches, such as psychodynamic therapy, as well as a skill based approach, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)             .  I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)                which can be integrated into trauma informed therapy.

2. Yoga for Hitoiki-
  One Breath Yoga

Hitoiki in Japanese means one breath or to take a little rest. Yoga for Hitoiki combines aspects of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga              and

Kripalu Yoga           ,  and focuses on  slowing down, grounding, and taking a pause. The practice is trauma informed, which means it focuses on safety, options, and one's inner strengths. Just like the word suggests, you can take Hitoiki, one breath, by engaging in meditative yoga postures, gentle stretches, and a safe space to check in with yourself.  Please stop by to have some tea and take Hitoiki in my studio office.
